In this mini album Javier Zugarramurdi is fusing the afro-uruguayan genre Candombe with underground Techno. Giving birth to a new sub-genre baptized by Javier Zugarramurdi García as Techdombe or Technombe. In the track Techdombe you can clearly hear the essence of the Candombe within the 4x4 scheme. Is basically Candombe rooted Techno.

To understand this better you just need to watch the video of the track Techdombe in where you see the people dancing to real Candombe but with the Techdombe music on top and you will see how Candombe is really well represented in a Techno way.
